    Pay Rate: $19 per hour

     

    Schedule: Full-Time, Days

     

    Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

     

    We are seeking a **Customer Service Coordinator** with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to join a top area employer. You will start this job at their facility in Kennebunk and then early this fall transfer to their new facility in Sanford.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

    + Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers

    + Maintain and update department spreadsheets

    + Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times

    + Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks

    + Create and send formal quotes to customers

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Excellent verbal. written communication, and organizational skills

    + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    + Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
