    Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Representative is a high level customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication within the department. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure that each customer, patient, and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones in order to process requests. The Customer Service Representative may be assigned to special projects or other assignments may be given with expectations to be completed in a specified timeframe.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    + Previous Customer Service or Medical Office experience preferred.

    + Intermediate Computer skills.

    + Experience with Microsoft office - intranet and word documents.

    + Ability to effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing.

    Prime Healthcare Management Inc offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $15.49 to $20.25 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
