    At Amazon, we're revolutionizing how we communicate with our global partner network through SPACE, our enterprise-scale communications platform. Our mission is to ensure partners receive timely, relevant, and actionable communications through the right channels at the right time. SPACE powers communication delivery to millions of Amazon partners worldwide, processing over 20 billion communication events in real-time. It enables more than 100 internal teams to deliver over 10 billion monthly recommendations and manages over 600 million outbound communications monthly across 10+ delivery channels including email, SMS, and partner portals.

     

    As a Sr. Program Manager, you'll drive strategic initiatives that shape how Amazon engages with its partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple VP-level organizations, transforming ambiguous challenges into clear, executable roadmaps. You'll build and lead high-impact program teams, develop comprehensive program requirements and scope definitions, create and manage delivery schedules, and provide strategic updates to executive leadership. We're looking for someone with a proven ability to navigate complexity and drive results across large organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and influence skills, excellence in program design, execution, and delivery, strategic thinking with attention to detail, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

     

    You'll be joining a dynamic team split between Detroit and Seattle, comprising a diverse group of talented professionals. Our team includes software engineers who build and maintain our systems, business intelligence engineers who derive actionable insights from our vast data, technical product managers who guide our product strategy, and software managers who lead our development efforts. This multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to drive innovation and excellence in partner communications.     Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
