    OVERVIEW

    We are currently seeking a **Corporate Craft Recruiting Administrator** for our Regional Office. We can host this position in Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA.

     

    The Corporate Craft Recruiting Administrator is responsible for the administration, support and delivery of the Craft Recruitment Administration within Workday’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) enterprise wide by supporting both the corporate and regional project administrators/recruiters, superintendents/hiring manager, HR, Compliance/EEO and Career Development Recruiting colleagues for non-union Trade/Skilled Craft recruiting

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Responsible for maintaining overall administration of corporate governance of the ATS for Skilled Craft/Trade recruitment.

    + Manage the role assignment of Trade Recruiters in the ATS and assist Career Development/HR on leveraging systematic improvements to the Trade recruitment process.

    + Assist with strategic alignment and consolidation of Job Profiles, ensuring that the Job Description is maintained for effective recruitment and identifying redundant job profiles to be inactivated. Work with HR and Project teams to ensure that organizational hierarchies and span of control are properly configured.

    + Work closely with Career Development, HR department, Compliance and the Administrative/Recruiters on Project sites to develop best business practices to meet the Skilled Craft/Trade hiring needs in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    + Lead the efforts of maximizing the utilization of Direct Employers for Veteran/Disability outreach and maintenance of the Partner Relationship Manager within Direct Employers database compliance, EEO, and recruitment efforts.

    + Helping ensure compliance with Federal & State Employment Laws related to recruiting and hiring.

    + If requested, manage company onboarding efforts within ATS to ensure processes are being followed in the time and manner expected. Address deficiencies/issues as needed.

    + May be asked to work on additional projects within the Career Development Department scope.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + College level education and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business that required handling HR and/or Recruitment or Customer Service related processes

    + Working experience with Applicant Tracking systems - Workday preferred

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments

    + Critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential

    + Experience working in a Matrix environment preferred

    + Ability to exercise discretion, initiative, and good judgement

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated database management skills
