**Pay Range:** $66,560 - $108,326 per year
Rush salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Summary:
The MDM Systems Analyst at Rush will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of master data in our ERP and other supply chain technologies. This role will work to standardize data governance processes across Rush System for Health and create customized reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for strategic procurement decisions. The analyst will participate in system integration efforts between our inventory management platforms, and support value analysis initiatives through accurate data extraction and visualization and implement automated workflows that enhance efficiency in our procurement operations. By ensuring clean, consistent master data, this position directly contributes to Rush's ability to deliver exceptional patient care while optimizing supply chain costs and maintaining regulatory compliance across our academic health system. The role also includes certain administrative functions to support Supply Chain office. Required Job Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
+ 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain operations or data management
+ Demonstrated expertise with healthcare ERP systems
Technical Proficiencies:
+ Advanced SQL skills
+ Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
+ Expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities
+ Hands-on experience with Lawson, Workday, or similar ERP platforms
Technical Skills:
+ Expert data querying and manipulation
+ Dashboard and visual reporting development
+ Healthcare supply chain system integration
+ Data governance and compliance management

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with RPA and process automation tools
+ Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain processes
+ Prior healthcare technology or data management experience
+ Experience as a system administrator for Workday, PAR-Excellence, and Q-sight
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain pristine master data across multiple systems, including Lawson, Workday, PAR-Excellence, and Q-sight
+ Develop and enforce comprehensive data management protocols
+ Create compelling, actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
+ Translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams
+ Partner closely with Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to support procure to pay and business intelligence needs
+ Align financial data management with supply chain operational requirements
+ Support invoice processing, cost tracking, and financial reporting initiatives
+ Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA and other innovative tools
+ Develop documentation and training materials to support smooth technology adoption
+ Continuously refine data management practices and system capabilities
+ Work with our distributors and vendors to ensure accurate demand planning
+ Ensure EDI transactions are processed accurately
+ Continuously develop their skills and knowledge, either through training programs, readings, conferences, departmental training programs or some combination of these.
