    Description

    This Person will be responsible for providing assistance to the safety and health efforts as directed by the Complex Safety Manager and/or Safety Specialist.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Knowledge of general safety policies and procedures

    + Responsible for OSHA documentation and over knowledge of compliance (29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulations)

    + Working knowledge of plant environment and processes

    + Computer literate

    + Capable of working without direct supervision

    + Flexible hours a must

    + Knowledge of purchasing system

    + People oriented

    + Above average job performance

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Able to assist in training and appropriate documentation

    + Ability to work closely with Plant Management

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + English/Spanish Bilingual a plus

    + Confidentiality is a must

    + Must be able to read and write English

    + 1 YEAR FULL TIME SAFETY EXPERIENCE
