    Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Analyst

     

    Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics Analyst to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM). This is a new position that will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with strategic goals and delivers measurable value.

     

    The successful applicant in this role is responsible for business and systems analysis functions supporting our supply chain systems focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Fiori apps. This individual will apply proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT investments. All activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, quality control testing, end user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements for SAP. This includes understanding and testing with other systems integrated with SAP. Candidate must be willing and able to learn new functionality, grow with the position requirements and be an integral team member. This role will also provide SAP support for a global install.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

    + Lead or support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

    + Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales entities, workflows, dashboards, and reports.

    + Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to optimize CRM usage and data integrity.

    + Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.

    + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

    + Support data migration, integration, and cleansing efforts.

    + Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and recommend enhancements.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.

    + 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).

    + Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, including:

    + Requirements analysis and solution design

    + System configuration and customization

    + User acceptance testing and training

    + Go-live planning and support

    + Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM workflows.

    + Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.

    + Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Scribe, Azure Data Factory).

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210, MB-910) are a plus.

    + Experience working with ERP and ERP integrations (SAP preferred)

    + Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

    + As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

    The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

    + Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

    + Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

    + 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

    + Base salary range of $80,000-$120,000;

    + Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
