Technical Project Manager – ICAM Systems
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, mission-critical web-based systems. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience as a Lead Engineer in ICAM environments and demonstrate deep domain knowledge of federal ICAM standards and implementation guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the technical planning and execution of ICAM-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and federal compliance requirements.
+ Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and security professionals to deliver secure and scalable ICAM solutions.
+ Translate business and security requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
+ Ensure adherence to the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Evaluate and recommend commercial and open-source ICAM tools and technologies based on project needs.
+ Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
+ Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
Required Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Engineer in ICAM-related environments.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex, mission-critical web-based systems development projects and programs.
+ In-depth knowledge of federal ICAM standards, including NIST SP 800-63, FIPS 201, and the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance.
+ Strong understanding of ICAM protocols and technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKI, MFA).
+ Familiarity with the capabilities, strengths, and limitations of commercial and open-source ICAM products (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, Keycloak).
+ Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Benefits:
+ Pay Range $165,000 - $175,000
+ The Electrosoft Services, Inc. pay range for this job position represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
