Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone with experience in managing commercial collections, processing cash applications, and overseeing various billing functions. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

• Handle commercial collections, including communicating with clients to resolve outstanding payments.

• Process and reconcile cash applications efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.

• Monitor and follow up on cash collections to meet company financial goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.

• Generate and review reports related to accounts receivable to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and correspondence.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection processes and reduce overdue accounts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all accounts receivable activities. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including billing and collections.

• Familiarity with commercial collections and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in processing cash applications and reconciling accounts.

• Strong knowledge of cash collection procedures and best practices.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate meaningful reports.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across departments.

• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
