    Job Title: Business Analyst III

     

    Service Type: Temporary (24 weeks)

     

    Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst III to serve as a strategic liaison between business operations, product teams, and the IT organization. This role is critical in identifying and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs, particularly in the domain of core connectivity services for mid to large-scale enterprises.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with business units and IT teams to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

    + Analyze current business operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for process automation and improvement.

    + Support business process redesign and documentation efforts for new technologies and system enhancements.

    + Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment from initial requirements gathering through final implementation.

    + Educate IT teams on business direction and priorities to ensure technical solutions are aligned with strategic goals.

    + Evaluate and recommend solutions, including buy-versus-build decisions, based on business needs and technological trends.

    + Maintain a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and apply it to project execution.

    + Leverage knowledge of OSS/BSS systems within the telecommunications industry to support solution development.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

    + 6–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical solutioning, or related roles.

    + Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

    + Experience in telecommunications, particularly with OSS/BSS systems, is preferred.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

    •Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions.

    + Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
