Description We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Addison, Texas. This role is a Contract to permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a small, family-owned business environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting processes, QuickBooks, and multi-state payroll management while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.

• Handle multi-state payroll processing and ensure compliance with quarterly payroll tax filings, including 940 and 941 forms.

• Perform bank reconciliations, rent payment reconciliations, and cash flow reporting on a monthly basis.

• Process billing for industrial tenants related to utilities on a quarterly or annual basis.

• Maintain physical records of invoices, bank transfers, and other transactions, ensuring proper filing and organization.

• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions for reporting and analysis.

• Reconcile property management-related transactions such as security deposits, vacate notices, and daily credit card deposits.

• Assist with receptionist duties, including answering phones and managing employee files.

• Prepare monthly reports for multiple locations, including payroll reporting to the U.S. Department of Labor and workers' compensation audits.

• Handle unemployment claims, journal entries, and 1099 preparation while maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, with proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting processes.

• Expertise in bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and quarterly tax filings.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and work with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Familiarity with property management or real estate accounting is preferred but not required.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate physical and digital records.

• Comfortable working in a quiet, reserved office environment with a focus on confidentiality.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
