Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing financial processes, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of invoicing, billing, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date and error-free financial records.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.

• Provide customer quotes and ensure all billing details are communicated clearly.

• Collaborate with team members to support billing procedures and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to address financial concerns.

• Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents for reporting and audits.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and service.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounting activities. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry and invoice processing.

• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Familiarity with providing customer quotes and managing billing procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
