Description We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to oversee and maintain regulatory adherence within our organization in Elgin, Illinois. The ideal candidate will ensure operational processes align with legal standards and industry best practices, while fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

• Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or issues.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.

• Utilize compliance software to track and manage regulatory updates.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards and practices.

• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit findings.

• Communicate with regulatory bodies to address inquiries and submit required documentation. Requirements • Proven experience in compliance roles within financial services or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and auditing practices.

• Proficiency in using compliance software and CRM tools.

• Familiarity with ATS and EHR systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
