    Our client, a global leader in innovative skincare and beauty, is looking for a Controller to elevate their financial operations and help scale the business during an exciting period of growth.

     

    This is more than a numbers game — it's an opportunity to build the financial backbone of a beloved beauty brand with a loyal U.S. customer base and expanding retail and E-commerce presence.

     

    As the Controller, you'll lead and evolve the accounting function, partnering closely with executive leadership, supply chain, sales, and marketing to drive financial excellence. From high-level strategy to hands-on execution, you'll ensure financial systems are optimized and aligned with business goals.

    Responsibilities of this position will include:

    • Lead all core accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, and revenue recognition

    • Prepare and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

    • Drive budgeting and forecasting, working across departments to align with strategic priorities

    • Manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold for both wholesale and E-commerce channels

    • Enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory standards

    • Mentor and lead a growing accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, ownership, and innovation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    • 7+ years of experience, with a strong background in wholesale/retail distribution

    • CPA or MBA highly preferred

    • Expert proficiency in SAP

    • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and outstanding cross-functional communication skills
