    Description

    There's a career-building opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant to join an innovative company. As a Senior Accountant, you will be required to perform financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This Senior Accountant role is located in Philadelphia.

    How you will make an impact:

    + Perform certain monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

    + Assist with external audits

    + Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements

    + Perform Ad-Hoc analyses as required

    Requirements

    The ideal Senior Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.

    Other requirements for the Senior Accountant position include and are not limited to:

    + 5+ years of experience

    + Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks

    + Knowledge of finance, accounting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

    + Strong problem solving.
