    Description

    As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time for our multi-state workforce. You will use your knowledge of payroll processes and UKG software to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in payroll and systems administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll using UKG Pro (UltiPro) on a bi-weekly or semi-monthly basis.

    + Maintain and audit employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, deductions, taxes, and direct deposit information.

    + Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure proper integration and accuracy of employee data.

    + Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

    + Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related accounts.

    + Stay current on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

    + Assist with year-end activities including W-2 processing and audits.

    + Provide support during system upgrades, implementations, or integrations related to UKG

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing.

    + Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) is required.

    + Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, FICA, state/local taxes, etc.).

    + Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage confidential information.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

    + Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems is a plus.

    + Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus, but not required.
