+ Manage the collections process to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.

+ Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial analysis and industry insights.

+ Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve disputes and improve customer experience.

Requirements
