Description We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Homewood, Illinois. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries with efficiency and care.
Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of inbound calls while providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers. • Identify and resolve customer issues by utilizing appropriate tools, resources, and systems. • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex inquiries. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to clients. • Utilize customer service software and tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. • Monitor and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a meticulous and positive demeanor during all customer interactions. • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
The salary range for this position is $24/hr to $26/hr. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. • Strong proficiency in handling inbound call center operations. • Familiarity with ethernet and basic office software applications. • Competence in using customer service software to manage inquiries and workflow. • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus. • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays TalentMatch®
