Description

We are looking for an experienced Risk Analyst to join our team in Glenview, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and analyzing risk across various domains, ensuring the organization’s insurance policies and risk strategies are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, insurance administration, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee the global property and casualty insurance programs, ensuring accurate placement and compliance.

• Compile and manage exposure data required for underwriting submissions and insurance applications.

• Monitor and report on the organization's risk management expenditures and generate monthly financial reports.

• Provide support in overseeing the operations of the insurance captive, ensuring optimal performance.

• Review and assess insurance clauses in contracts to confirm alignment with company standards.

• Coordinate and manage the quarterly actuarial analysis process to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

• Conduct thorough risk evaluations and offer recommendations to mitigate operational and financial risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and other compliance standards.

Salary: 100,000-145,000

Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including underwriting and administration.

• Expertise in operational risk management and financial due diligence practices.

• Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance.

• Proficiency in evaluating insurance contracts and identifying potential risk exposures.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret actuarial data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
