Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. As a high-level contributor, you will take on a senior role, focusing on delivering high-quality software solutions through a mix of manual and automated testing. In this position, you will work within the RMS (Revenue Management System) Pod to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems, with a strong emphasis on test automation. Proficiency in Selenium is a mandatory requirement, as you will be responsible for developing and executing automation scripts while also helping to increase automation coverage throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in Woodland Hills, CA.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the development and execution of both manual and automated tests, with a focus on automation using Selenium.

+ Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to ensure system functionality and performance.

+ Identify opportunities for automation and drive implementation to improve efficiency and quality.

+ Write, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and priorities.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Senior-level experience in Quality Assurance, including the ability to lead testing initiatives.

+ Selenium expertise is required, with proven experience in designing and executing automated test scripts.

+ Strong skills in Python

+ Must have experience working with large datasets. This person must be data savvy and have the ability to digest automation problems into smaller pieces and be able to tackle them.

+ Experience with data validation and testing multiple layers of the data structure.

+ Strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
