    Description

    This successful Robert Half client in the Rogue Valley is looking for an IT Sales Manager with Leadership experience who will also perform some marketing. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth and is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

    + Increase market presence and generate new business opportunities

    + Mentor, manage, coach and train employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

    Qualifications

    + Leadership and team management experience

    + 3+ years' of sales, marketing and leadership experience

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Onsite in Medford, OR

     

    Salary: $90 - $110 base + commission and bonuses
