This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills who are looking to grow in the property management field.

    Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

+ Assist property managers with property inspections, tenant move-ins/move-outs, and lease administration.

+ Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules with vendors and contractors as needed, and follow up on completion.

+ Prepare necessary documentation, such as lease agreements, tenant notices, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Collect rent payments, manage delinquency reports, and assist with executing payment plans when applicable.

+ Conduct regular walkthroughs of properties to identify any maintenance or safety issues and report accordingly.

+ Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining tenant records, processing invoices, and filing work orders.

+ Support marketing and leasing initiatives, including updating property listings and scheduling property tours.

+ Contribute to budget preparation and cost management by tracking expenses and identifying potential savings.

+ Stay informed about landlord-tenant laws and local housing regulations to ensure compliance with policies.

    Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.

+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle tenant interactions professionally.

+ Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ High attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

+ Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices preferred.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus.
