Probate Legal Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented legal assistant with experience in Probate law? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple attorneys while maintaining exceptional client service and organization? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a prominent law firm located in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an experienced Probate Legal Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage a busy desk supporting up to 3 attorneys.

+ Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and process probate documentation.

+ Assist with business immigration matters, including preparing and filing H-1Bs, I-140s, and I-485s (experience in immigration is a plus).

+ Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure exceptional client service.

+ Prepare accurate forms, correspondence, and other legal documents for attorney review.

+ Efficiently manage the status of all filed applications and track deadlines.

+ Organize, maintain, and safeguard confidential records and documents.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years as a legal assistant in a law firm is required.

+ Probate experience is highly preferred, with a plus for candidates with business immigration knowledge.

+ Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, e-filing systems.

+ Exceptional attention to detail to identify and correct errors and meet tight deadlines.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proven ability to prioritize client needs and deliver superior service.

+ A friendly, dependable and professional team player who can also work independently when needed.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives under pressure. Probate experience is essential, and familiarity with business immigration processes, particularly H-1Bs, I-140s, and I-485 filings, will set you apart. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
