Responsibilities:
+ Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closing processes.
+ Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
+ Oversee corporate accounting functions, such as fixed assets, accruals, and financial controls.
+ Support compliance with regulatory requirements, audits, and corporate governance policies.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze variances and optimize cost management strategies.
+ Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and collaboration.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
+ Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting roles.
+ Strong command of accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
