Description We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team in Westlake, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment process for code changes across various product teams, ensuring seamless integration in cloud-based, mobile, and on-premise environments.

• Manage release repositories and oversee key details such as build and release procedures.

• Support release planning activities, including governance, risk assessment, milestone tracking, production readiness reviews, and change implementation.

• Provide technical guidance to senior management on long-term systems planning, hardware and software evaluations, and technology acquisition.

• Conduct research on emerging technologies and advise on their applicability to enhance security, development, and deployment processes.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements through technology and proactively recommend solutions.

• Mentor and guide local and offshore teams, fostering skill development and ensuring effective technical support.

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to project management, application development, and system security to maintain system integrity.

• Collaborate with business units and technology vendors to ensure effective communication and implementation of technology resources.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing high-performance enterprise software solutions.

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and the .NET Framework.

• Familiarity with Blazor and experience working with Visual Studio and a Microsoft technology stack.

• Experience integrating APIs with both internal and external systems.

• Security-focused mindset for product development and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and SQL Server 2019 or newer.

• Knowledge of regulated industries, such as healthcare or insurance, is preferred.
