    Robert Half is assisting a client in their search for a Legal Billing Specialist. This a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, large firm with excellent opportunities, hybrid schedule, and great benefits.     The salary range for this position is $60,000–$75,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    + Generate and distribute prebills for all billable hours and expenses, adhering to departmental and client-specific deadlines.

    + Oversee the preparation, organization, and prompt delivery of client invoices with a focus on accuracy.

    + Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.

    + Support management, staff, attorneys, and clients by addressing billing-related questions and requests in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Electronic Billing experience / “E-Billing” is required

    + Ability to handle a high volume of invoicing

    + Legal Industry experience is preferred

    + 3E billing software is preferred
