    A boutique Manhattan litigation firm is seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with potential for Of Counsel or Partner-track status). If you're a commercial litigator who thrives in high-impact, high-profile work, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

     

    Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

     

    Conduct in-depth legal research and develop litigation strategies

     

    Appear in court, take/defend depositions, and manage client interactions

     

    Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing legal team

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    JD from an accredited law school

     

    Admitted to practice in New York

     

    7+ years of commercial litigation experience

     

    Strong legal writing and advocacy skills

     

    Experience managing litigation independently
