    Opening for an Accountant

     

    Salary: $70,000

     

    Benefits: 100% paid Medical, generous vacation & holidays, 401k, year-to-year increase up to 5%.

     

    Schedule: Flexible arrival from 8-9:30am; 3 in-office and 2 day Remote (after 90 day period)

     

    Responsibilities: This role will work closely with executive leadership and exposed to multiple entities and can be promoted to future Sr. Accountant. This postion involves accounts payables, general ledger, reconciliations, and budgeting. The ideal candidate has strong excel skills, written and oral communication n English and business acumen. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related is required.

     

    + Accounts payables

    + General Ledger allocations

    + Reconciliations

    + Expenses

    + Compiling and analyzing financials

    + Adhoc reporting

    + Use of Excel (vlook up and pivot tables)

    + Manage budgeting and forecasting

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

    + Proficiency with Excel

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field.

    • Demonstrated expertise in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    • Solid understanding of accounts payable, general ledger processes and reconciliations.

    • Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

    • Business acumen with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Experience in budgeting and forecasting is a plus.
