Description
We are looking for an experienced ADP Workforce Now HRIS Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will assess and optimize the client's current ADP Workforce Now system, identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable improvements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll systems, process improvement, and data analysis. This is a 2-3 month contract position.
ADP Workforce Now Consultant (contract position):
Responsibilities:
• Conduct a detailed evaluation of the Performance Management and Compensation Dashboard to identify underutilized features and inefficiencies.
• Analyze integrations between system modules to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate barriers.
• Review customizations within ADP Workforce Now to determine their necessity and streamline operations.
• Assess the applicant tracking process, focusing on pre-employment functionalities to reduce manual tasks and enhance workflow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align optimization strategies with organizational goals and culture.
• Provide comprehensive reports outlining findings and actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
• Assist in implementing approved recommendations, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel tools to analyze data and support system performance improvements.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in module functionalities, enhancing overall system efficiency.
Requirements • Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now, including module optimization and integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Proven expertise in Performance Management, Compensation Dashboard, and Applicant Tracking System modules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to assist with system transitions and user adoption processes.
