Description We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Green, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer interactions. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch.

• Monitor and optimize technician routes to improve operational efficiency.

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Review and adjust schedules to accommodate customer needs and technician availability.

• Complete and manage service tickets, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation.

• Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide updates on service progress.

• Utilize CRM and other computer programs to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related role.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other computer programs.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Experience handling inbound calls and providing customer assistance.
