Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Data Scientist to join our Analytics team in Columbus, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data science expertise to uncover valuable insights, optimize customer experiences, and drive strategic business decisions. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Senior Leadership, to deliver impactful solutions through data storytelling and visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth and customer experience optimization.

• Develop and deliver intuitive dashboards and presentations that convey actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives with opportunity analysis, measurement plans, and post-release evaluations.

• Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as Python, R, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics, to perform modeling and visualization.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance digital sales, servicing performance, and customer value delivery.

• Align analytics support with Agile development frameworks to ensure successful project ideation and delivery.

• Partner with various departments, including Digital, Omnichannel, Marketing, and IT, to address strategic needs and organizational goals.

• Maintain a balance between high-level strategic insights and detailed technical mastery in data analysis.

• Contribute to the development of analytics processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and output.

• Act as a thought leader, guiding stakeholders on data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies. Requirements • Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using tools like Tableau, Python, and R.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database systems, such as Oracle, for efficient data querying and manipulation.

• Proven ability to communicate complex insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Target.

• Solid understanding of Agile development frameworks and their application in analytics projects.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and IT.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
