    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join a growing team. This is 100% remote and in this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products. You will collaborate with various teams to refine customer experience strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.

    • Partner with internal teams to enhance customer experience and refine product offerings.

    • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure long-term success.

    • Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess product usage and overall satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand customer engagement.

    • Take ownership of renewal processes, ensuring seamless transitions and continued partnerships.

    • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations to improve products and services.

    • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their voice is represented in internal discussions and decisions.

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    • Experience working with software products or technology solutions.

    • Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer success strategies.
