    Robert Half Finance & Accounting (Milwaukee, WI)


    Description Essential Duties

    • Full G/L accounting and reporting for multiple clients.

    • Reconcile basic and complex balance sheet accounts.

    • Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet, as needed.

    • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

    • Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

    • Bank deposits and reconciliations.

    • Payroll administration and reporting.

    • Coding of payables.

    • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

    • Accounts Receivable.

    • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP
