We are currently seeking Litigation Paralegals at all levels (junior to senior) for multiple open roles across a range of legal practice areas, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, mass torts, products liability, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, proofread, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence.

+ Assist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibit binders, trial notebooks, and witness coordination.

+ Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case development.

+ Manage and organize case files, documents, and discovery materials (paper and electronic).

+ Coordinate and manage document production, including e-discovery platforms.

+ File legal documents in state and federal courts, including electronic filings (e-filing).

+ Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all case information is accurately documented.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in-house legal department).

+ Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures, including rules of civil procedure.

+ Experience with legal technology platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar.

+ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

+ Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
