Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our financial operations in Plano, Texas. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will excel in bookkeeping tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization's accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Record and organize financial transactions within the company’s accounting system.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

• Maintain up-to-date accounting records, including ledgers and journals.

• Process client invoice payments, remittance payments, and adjustment requests efficiently.

• Handle daily deposits and revenue invoices with precision.

• Monitor accounts payable to ensure timely vendor payments and correct expense coding.

• Provide documentation and support for accounting or audit inquiries.

• Assist with wire transfers and related processes as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Excel and general bookkeeping practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and VLOOKUP functions.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
