Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization in Houston, Texas. This role is essential for driving financial excellence and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the construction industry and a deep understanding of financial management.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage inbound inquiries related to financial matters, providing clear and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management practices within the organization.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with vendors, insurers, and other partners.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team, fostering growth and development.
• Develop and manage health insurance plans and benefits to support employee well-being.
• Utilize expertise in Ethernet and other technologies to optimize financial operations. Requirements • Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing inbound inquiries and providing strategic financial solutions.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet technologies and their application in financial systems.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing health insurance plans.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
