    A fast-growing, private equity–backed multi-site healthcare organization is seeking an FP& A Manager to join its dynamic finance team. With over 200 locations across multiple states and almost half a billion dollars in annual revenue, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, data-driven environment with visibility to senior leadership.

    • What You’ll Do

    + Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across business units

    + Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering development and accountability

    + Provide strategic decision support through modeling, scenario analysis, and performance insights

    + Partner with operational, clinical, and corporate leaders to drive business performance

    + Deliver executive-level reporting and analysis for the CFO, CEO, and Director of FP& A

    Requirements

    • What You’ll Bring

    + 5+ years of progressive FP& A or financial analysis experience

    + 2+ years in a leadership or people management role

    + Advanced Excel skills (assessment required – open book) and strong financial modeling ability

    + Experience in multi-unit, healthcare, or PE-backed environments is a strong plus

    + Proficiency with Power BI, Adaptive (Workday), and HFM preferred
