Description We are looking for a diligent Lease Administrator/Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in commercial lease administration and financial reconciliation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in lease-related documentation, including rent obligations and other financial commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze lease documents to extract and summarize key financial and contractual information.

• Conduct reconciliation of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms.

• Collaborate with landlords and stakeholders to address discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Manage critical dates and deadlines related to lease agreements and financial obligations.

• Utilize specialized software and tools to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.

• Perform audits and reviews of budgets and operating expenses to ensure alignment with lease agreements.

• Prepare detailed reports and correspondence to support decision-making processes.

• Administer claims and financial transactions related to leases, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

• Foster strong working relationships with colleagues and service partners to enhance collaboration. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

• Previous experience in commercial lease administration within a real estate company is preferred.

• Proficiency in financial reconciliation, budget audits, and review processes.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and managing critical dates.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.

• Experience with bespoke software platforms and tools to manage lease documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Proven track record in building trust and fostering collaboration among colleagues and partners.
