Job Responsibilities: - Assist with sourcing process including acquisition of IT solutions including but not limited to SaaS PaaS IaaS and traditional on-premise Software. - May also assist in the development of Request for Information RFIs and Request for Proposal RFPs - Assist with the negotiation and execution of enterprise-wide purchasing programs for the Global Technology Business Unit - Manage and lead negotiation of contract terms for master agreements as well as engagement schedules - Lead pricing and volume discount negotiations - Handle both routine and complex paperwork inclusive of negotiating contracts related to purchasing new IT solutions Requirements Qualifications: - Experience in IT Procurement managing complex IT acquisitions and negotiating IT contracts - Demonstrated capability in working in a multi-function team environment including effective influence management - Familiarity with Technology Contracting terminology - Effective conflict management skills - Understanding of IT industry trends in contracting and supplier management practices - Strong sourcing skills and experience required - Analytical skills and understanding of Microsoft Office tools - Strong communication and presentation skills necessary - Must be able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities - Solid customer service orientation - Takes ownership of actions and demonstrates the ability to work independently - Takes responsibility for putting in time and effort needed to achieve work objectives - Demonstrates sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude - Surfaces potential problems for decision makers to keep projects on track - Ability to adjust work to accommodate needs of group processes - Ability to prioritize work - Ability to work autonomously and to make certain decisions on their own - Must be results-oriented and effective within collaborative team environment - Helpful to have experience with the following systems: Conga SpendHQ Beeline ServiceNow ZIP Globality Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
