My client is currently seeking an entry level Staff Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including posting cash to customer accounts. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely updates. Support the accounting team with month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. Maintain accuracy and organization in accounting records, working within their ERP system to process financial data efficiently. Assist with other key accounting tasks and provide general support to the team as needed.

Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required). 1+ years of accounting experience, with a solid foundation in general accounting principles. Prior experience with an ERP is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in problem-solving. Tech-savvy and adaptable to working with accounting/financial software. A professional who demonstrates initiative, reliability, and solid communication skills.
