Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations at managed properties. This position focuses on administrative management, providing critical support for tenant relations, financial tracking, and property operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to play a vital role in ensuring smooth workflows for property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in property operations, including managing communications between tenants, vendors, and property management staff.
+ Prepare and maintain leases, tenant documentation, contracts, and other records accurately and efficiently.
+ Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and process maintenance requests.
+ Track and monitor rent payments, late notices, and delinquency reports, ensuring they align with company policies.
+ Oversee the coordination of vendor services and monitor completion of work orders for timely resolutions.
+ Assist in budgeting, reporting, and expense tracking, ensuring accurate data entry and financial compliance.
+ Conduct periodic property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintenance standards, and cleanliness.
+ Maintain records for regulatory compliance while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive data.
+ Provide support for leasing activities, including new tenant onboarding and renewals.
+ Contribute to the preparation of reports on operations, tenant satisfaction, and budget performance for senior property managers.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of experience in administrative support, property management, or real estate operations.
+ Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for tenant and vendor interactions.
+ Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations and commercial/residential real estate practices preferred.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
