Role Overview: We're looking for someone to take the reins on making our workplace feel smooth, seamless, and energizing. This person will run the day-to-day operations of our physical office, ensuring that it's not just functional, but inspiring - a place where collaboration thrives and guests feel right at home. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Running onsite meetings and events end-to-end - including handling A/V, light tech troubleshooting, and coordinating catering Keeping the office in top shape: supplies stocked, everything in its place, and systems running smoothly Leading and supporting the front desk function, including managing our Workplace Coordinator Owning and managing the annual facilities budget across teams and projects Handling building operations - coordinating with vendors, scheduling repairs, and staying ahead of maintenance Working closely with IT vendors to keep tech and A/V up and running Creating an environment where everyone - whether they work here or are just visiting—feels welcome, comfortable, and taken care of Acting as the go-to between us and the building’s management for any onsite needs Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep communication tight and collaboration seamless Managing complex, longer-term initiatives like large-scale events or office upgrades Overseeing safety protocols, security access, and badge systems Being the in-the-moment problem solver when unexpected issues arise (AC goes down? You’ve got this. Coffee machine floods? You're on it.) Sending out clear, helpful office communications - from event invites to workspace SOPs Always looking for ways to make our in-office experience better, smarter, and more enjoyable
Requirements What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in workplace ops, facilities, office management, or events - bonus if you’ve worked with hybrid teams or frequent travelers Experience in hospitality is a big plus Hands-on knowledge of A/V systems, meeting room tech, and troubleshooting hardware Stellar communication skills - you’re confident and clear with everyone from interns to execs A killer eye for detail - whether it’s the vibe of a room or the freshness of the snacks, nothing slips past you Strong comfort level with all thing's facilities: construction timelines, vendor coordination, tech integrations, and office furnishings Flexible and level-headed - you can pivot easily and aren’t rattled by the unexpected Experience managing people or leading a small team Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic design tools like Canvas TalentMatch®
