Sr Product Manager, Rewards & Loyalty - 6-Month Contract, On-Site in Plano, 40 hours a week!

Robert Half is looking for a Product Manager of Rewards and Loyalty to bring on contract, 40 hours a week, on-site every day in Plano, Texas! Sr Product Manager of Rewards and Loyalty will be responsible for working on the roadmap covering the initiatives across all rewards and loyalty program expansion. Sr Product Manager will be defining and managing the overall plan for MarTech investments. Sr Product Manager will be developing and communicating a product strategy aligning with the overall goals, focusing on rewards and loyalty systems. Sr Product Manager will leverage data insights to design and implement programs that connect with a variety of customer segments.

Sr Product Manager will be the liaison between all teams and stakeholders, ensuring solid integration.

Requirements

Sr Product Manager, Rewards & Loyalty - 6-Month Contract, On-Site in Plano, 40 hours a week!

Sr Product Manager MUST have the following:

+ 5+ years of experience in product management, proven results in marketing technology, CDP and rewards and loyalty systems.

+ Proven track record of developing personalized customer experiences leveraging data across digital platforms driving engagement and loyalty

+ Familiarity with platforms like Zeta Global (CDP), Salesforce Loyalty Management and Google Vertex AI

+ Proficiency with data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms

+ Ability to start ASAP, 40 hours a week!
