Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries with care and precision, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Utilize multiple internal systems daily to deliver accurate and quality service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns while providing feedback to management regarding service challenges.
• Complete special projects as assigned to support departmental goals.
• Manage customer orders, shipping, and delivery processes while troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Ensure new customer setups are handled seamlessly, maintaining excellent communication throughout.
• Apply Lean Process Improvement principles where applicable to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Be available for mandatory overtime when requested by management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in a high-pressure customer service environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing customer service processes, including order management and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
• Experience with Lean Process Improvement principles or similar methodologies is a plus. TalentMatch®
