Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the efficient management of accounts payable functions within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle high-volume invoice processing and vendor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed coding and processing of accounts payable invoices.

• Handle expense reimbursement requests and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable inbox, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Process a high volume of invoices, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion.

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment schedules and resolve discrepancies as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

• Assist with reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient accounts payable operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of invoice coding and processing.

• Familiarity with handling expense reports and reimbursement processes.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice workloads efficiently.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for effective vendor management and team collaboration.

• Proficiency in accounts payable systems and tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
