Description We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract position that requires an individual with expertise in managing advanced payment systems and financial workflows. The role involves developing efficient processes, creating documentation, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop templates and workflows to facilitate tracking and reporting of advanced payments for partners.

• Design and document processes for managing cash advances and obligations tied to contract agreements.

• Calculate and monitor interest and payment obligations based on various contract terms.

• Create detailed documentation outlining cash advance management procedures and compliance requirements.

• Utilize Netsuite and other financial tools to streamline treasury operations.

• Collaborate with banking institutions to ensure seamless payment processes and reconciliation.

• Generate and maintain Excel-based reports for financial tracking and analysis.

• Provide auditing and billing support to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable to support operational efficiency.

• Leverage ERP systems and accounting software to integrate and optimize treasury functions. Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury or financial management roles.

• Proficiency in NetSuite and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Strong background in banking operations and payment systems.

• Advanced skills in Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing processes.

• Familiarity with auditing practices and compliance guidelines.

• Ability to create and manage process documentation effectively.
