Be the Best Senior People Data Analyst You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR or analytics-related role 3-5 years Experience with HR systems such as Workday, applicant tracking systems, or learning management systems, preferred Experience working with HR/Recruiting analytics Experience managing sensitive or confidential data with discretion. Exposure to statistical tools or coding languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus. Responsibilities: Compile and analyze data related to workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, and performance. Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Qlik Cloud, or Visier. Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analytics that support business needs. Assist in identifying and cleaning data from multiple HR systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, payroll, LMS). Create visualizations and presentations for executive-level audiences that clearly communicate insights and trends.
