    Apply Now

Parkview Health is seeking a forward-thinking Outpatient/Central Fill Pharmacist to join our growing Parkview Pharmacy Team. With our central fill site exceeding 17% volume growth year-to-date—often hitting 1,800–2,000+ prescriptions per day—we’re looking for a pharmacist who is energized by scale, innovation, and the opportunity to shape what comes next. This pharmacist will have shifts in both the central fill pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy. This role is for day shift hours; responsible for one weekend every 12 weeks.

    Why Join Us?

Our central fill pharmacy supports a broad range of Parkview’s outpatient pharmacy operations, helping us serve patients more efficiently across the region. We’ve completed our initial implementation and are in a strong and stable operational phase—but we are far from standing still. This role is a chance to help drive continued expansion and optimization as we scale services to meet demand.

    What You'll Do

+ Day-to-day operations of the central fill pharmacy, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely dispensing

+ Support ongoing process improvement, technology utilization, and workflow optimization

+ Collaborate across pharmacy leadership, retail locations, and courier services to ensure seamless order fulfillment

+ Engage in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory readiness for central fill operations

+ Precept pharmacy learners and support technician development as part of our commitment to education and grow

+ Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and customer service in an outpatient setting

+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes

+ Conduct thorough evaluation of patient information to identify factors affecting drug therapy

+ Adjust and manage drug therapy following established protocols or through communication with healthcare providers

    Who You Are

+ A licensed pharmacist in Indiana or eligible for licensure

+ Experienced in high-volume outpatient or central fill pharmacy environments (preferred)

+ A problem-solver and system thinker, with an eye for efficiency and quality

+ Comfortable with technology and data; able to analyze and act on key performance metrics

+ A strong communicator and team collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

    A Strong Candidate Will Have

+ Experience with automated dispensing technology and central fill workflows

+ Interest in project work, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling services

+ Familiarity with courier logistics, order routing, or Epic Willow Ambulatory

+ Patience and interpersonal skills to promote a collaborative environment among pharmacists and technicians
