Strategic Project Coordination

+ Coordinate and support multiple strategic projects across departments

+ Establish project benchmarks and monitor progress toward key deliverables

+ Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform decision-making

+ Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

+ Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams and leadership

+ Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

+ Draft and proofread internal and external communications

+ Coordinate executive-level meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting minutes and action items

+ Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders

+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following fields:

+ Strategic Planning

+ Marketing

+ Industrial or Systems Engineering

+ Statistics

+ Business Administration

+ Health Care Administration

Experience:

+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, executive support, or a related field

+ Experience with reporting and/or tracking tools

+ Previous experience supporting C-level executives is preferred

Skills:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities

+ Ability to translate data into actionable insights

+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset
