Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (HCM) to join our IT team. This position will be **full-time, on site,** and is a contract position.
What You'll Do
+ Lead and manage the implementation of the Dayforce HCM suite, ensuring successful deployment across payroll, HR, learning management, performance management, and timekeeping functions
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
+ Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to best practice governance
+ Facilitate organizational transformation and technology adoption through effective change management processes
+ Provide strategic insights to optimize business processes enabled by technology, enhancing and extending system functionalities
+ Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption
+ Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team
+ Coordinate with related projects for seamless integration and functionality, particularly with payroll and timekeeping implementations
+ Oversee the operation and support of the software, managing upgrades, testing, training, and organizational change tasks
+ Engage with business owners to analyze requests, assess business value, and ensure resource availability
What You'll Need
Required
+ Extensive experience managing large-scale HCM implementations, preferably with Dayforce
+ Proven consulting experience with a Big 4 or large organization is highly desirable
+ In-depth knowledge of end-to-end human capital business processes, from hire to retire, enabled by technology
+ Strong understanding of the impact of technology on business processes and the importance of organizational change management
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to manage technical tasks and resources for environment management, security, performance optimization, and system enhancements
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
The pay range for this position is $80 - $90 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
